Upcoming Passive House Project | CAFRE Greenmount

CAFRE's Greenmount Campus is undergoing a major redevelopment to enhance facilities for students, staff, and the agri-food industry. The project includes building new student accommodation, teaching spaces, and a central hub with offices and conference facilities.

The first phase will provide 200 student rooms, followed by the construction of a teaching block and central hub. The redevelopment, which is set to be completed in phases by 2031, will incorporate sustainable design and materials to create a modern, environmentally conscious campus.
