Upcoming Passive House Project | Loughry Campus

The redevelopment of CAFRE’s Loughry campus aims to modernize facilities for food processing education. It includes three phases: Phase 1 will add student accommodations with social spaces, Phase 2 will introduce a Hub, conference and science centers, as well as teaching and staff areas, and Phase 3 will focus on food packaging and robotics labs.

The project, granted planning permission in 2024, will continue until 2031 with construction beginning in 2025.
