The project is a Passive House certified detached family home in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. Completed in 2018, it features a traditional barn-like design. The house incorporates high insulation values with a U-value of 0.12 W/m²K for exterior walls and 0.11 W/m²K for the roof.

It uses wood burning stoves and a heat pump for heating, with a heat pump providing domestic hot water. The home achieves an annual heating demand of 15 kWh/m² and a heating load of 13 W/m².

The house was designed by Paul McAlister Architects and certified by Earth Cycle Technologies.
