The 275 m² home features a masonry construction with a well-insulated thermal envelope. It uses an A-rated condensing oil boiler with underfloor heating and Dantherm ventilation.

The home has a low annual heating demand of 15 kWh/m² and a non-renewable primary energy demand of 63 kWh/m².
