This certified Passive House in Dungannon, Northern Ireland, consists of 5 two-storey terraced houses, built as the first social housing project in Ireland to meet the Passive House standard.
Constructed in 2012, each unit has 99 m² of treated floor area and features wood construction. The project includes efficient insulation, a gas condensing boiler for heating, and solar vacuum tube collectors for hot water.
It achieves an annual heating demand of 13 kWh/m² and airtightness with an n50 value of 0.6/h.
