Joseph Little Architects | #2515
This EnerPHit refurbishment project in Dublin involved upgrading a semi-detached house built in 1960 to meet EnerPHit standards. The 146 m² home, renovated by Joseph Little Architects and Ann-Marie Fallon CEPHD, features enhanced insulation, including external wall insulation and cellulose in the roof.
Mechanical systems include a Paul Focus 200 ventilation system, gas-fueled convector heaters, and solar panels for hot water. The building's annual heating demand is 17 kWh/m², with a primary energy demand of 109 kWh/m².
Ecological features include rainwater harvesting and low-carbon materials.
