  • Airtightness: Achieved an impressive 0.93 air changes per hour at 50 Pascals

Heating and Ventilation

  • Air source heat pump installed for space heating and hot water

  • Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) system implemented

Renewable Energy

  • 3kW solar PV array installed on the roof

  • Energy consumption reduced by over 90%

  • Annual heating costs dropped from €2,500 to just €250
