Young Design Build provide a full design and build service for a passive house or can be engaged to upgrade a house design with planning permission to Passiv Haus Standards. They also provide a retrofit service to improve the comfort and energy efficiency in existing homes, which includes a Home Energy Assessment, recommendations of best solutions for home upgrade, provision of works to the highest standards and finally BER Certification and Air Tightness Testing.
