Scandinavian Homes is a timber frame passive house manufacturer which has been operating from Galway since 1991. Houses are built using the best materials and the most up to date Swedish technologies. With simplicity and lifespan as one of our core values our passive houses will continue to use minimal energy for their lifespan of well over 100 years.
Each customer designs their own home with our passive house certified architect before production starts in our factory in Sweden. Houses are offered as almost turn key or as waterproof semi-completed houses with a supply of materials to finish.
With 15 years’ experience of building passive houses, we are confident that our homes will continue to give our customers a healthy, sustainable and comfortable living environment.
