With construction works due to commence in March 2018 and expected to be completed in January 2020, South West College (Enniskillen) will be developing the first educational non-domestic building to be built according to the Passive House Premium Standard in the world. This £24.6 million investment will create a modern 8,200 square metre college, filled with cutting-edge technology, hosting 7000 students and 200 employees.
