Unfortunately, the contractor on this project announced at the end of September 2011, that they had no other option but to ceasing trading with immediate effect. So works came to a halt on site, yet again. It was very disappointing for obvious and many reasons. The shell and core of the building was complete, the initial air tight tests had been carried out with a 0.25 air changes per hour result, and the first fix sub-contractors were just lined up and about to start.
