We are delighted that the shortlisted buildings for the 28th edition of the RIAI Irish Architecture Awards include a Passive House project: Cork City Passive House by Wain Morehead Architects and an EnerPHit project Rochestown House – Phase 2 by the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Architect Department.
These two projects illustrate once more that the Passive House Standard achieves not only quality fabric and energy efficiency, but can also feature excellent and inspiring design.
