Northern Irelands strategy for tacking Fuel Poverty for both Retrofit and New build housing appears to be absent. Northern Ireland has the worst building regulations in Europe, in terms of Energy efficiency targets. The PHAI has brought together a unique group of experts from across the UK and Ireland to discuss this issue along with the latest research and development in this field.
