Simon Bell, a board member of PHAI, will reflect on his experience of commissioning and procuring a passivhaus

Simon is a Director at HLM Architects and a Board Member of PHAI. With a background in Landscape Architecture he has long championed a sustainable approach to creating places and communities. Simon is the sustainability Champion at HLM working across disciplines to embed an approach which supports sustainable outcomes. As a client for a new Passivhaus dwelling Simon trained as a Passivhaus Consultant and that personal interest has developed into an important element of his work supporting architectural teams on a variety of Passivhaus buildings within HLM.
This webinar will discuss the journey Simon has made as a Passivhaus Consultant through that project working both with experienced specialists and contractors who are new to the passivhaus standard. The project which is 95% complete will be submitted for certification later in the Summer.
