Over 70 people turned out on an exceptionally wet night to hear a briefing on how Passive House can help achieve zero carbon buildings. Prof Philip Griffiths of Ulster University chaired the event which covered topics including an overview of Passive Houses (Dr Shane Colclough), the new Passive House standards ( Paul McAlister architects), an examplar Passive House (Garrett Quinn of GP Developments) and finished with a talk from Steven Agnew MLA on the future of housing in Northern Ireland.
